Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. If you still have not received your purchase afterwards please contact us directly by clicking ‘Contact’ below. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the continental U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. RISE N GRIND™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are assured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with shipping carrier.
Prices, Shipping & Handling
Final prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Please email if this is the case.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Unless the product is damaged during the original delivery of shipment, purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping charges. The damaged item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new/unused. We do not give cash or credit refunds. However, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit.
Color
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual color(s) may depend on your monitor/screen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your display device’s depiction of any color displayed herein will be 100% accurate.

Reviews
When visitors leave item reviews on our site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a review complete a contact form on our site you will opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
